Privacy

We collect your name, email address, company (if you give one) and what you share during the program - to run the cohort, send session links and updates, issue your invoice, and, with your consent, send the Human in the Loop newsletter. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for running the program, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for the newsletter, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for keeping invoices as long as tax law requires.

Payments are processed by Stripe, which receives the payment data you enter and handles it under its own privacy terms. We never see your full card details. The newsletter is delivered through beehiiv.

Analytics. To understand how this site is used we run Vercel Web Analytics (aggregate page views and referrers, no cookies, no cross-site tracking) and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and anonymised session replays showing where visitors click and how far they scroll). Clarity masks text you type into forms, and we have not enabled its cookies for visitors from the EU/UK/Switzerland, so no advertising or cross-site identifiers are set. Microsoft processes this data under its own privacy terms. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in improving the site. You can opt out of Clarity via your browser's tracking protection or by emailing us.

Your name and profile - and a photo, if you add one - are visible to other cohort members. What you say in a live session is heard by the other participants in the room.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use - email office@andreashornai.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.

The newsletter

The Human in the Loop newsletter is delivered through beehiiv, which stores your email address and the engagement data it needs to send and measure the newsletter, under its own privacy terms. The subscribe form on this site is a beehiiv embed, so opening the newsletter page loads content from beehiiv. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR - your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any issue or by emailing us.

Advisory enquiries

If you contact us through the advisory site or book a call, we collect the name, email address, company and message you provide, in order to answer you and, if it goes further, to prepare an engagement. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Enquiry data is deleted once your request is resolved, unless an engagement follows or tax law requires us to keep it.

The Agentic AI Cohort - recordings and replay

Live sessions are recorded so that participants can watch back what they missed. These recordings stay inside the program: they are shared with the participants of your cohort and with people who hold access to the program's own material. This is part of how the program works.

If you speak, turn on your camera or share your screen in a live session, that will be in the replay the other participants see. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera off and use chat - you can take part in full either way.

The Agentic AI Cohort - marketing consent, separate and optional

Using your image, voice, name or statements in public marketing - clips, testimonials, social posts, sales pages, or anything else visible outside the program - is a separate matter. It is not part of taking part in the cohort, and taking part in the cohort does not give us that permission.

We use such material only with your explicit, opt-in consent, given separately from your registration. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing office@andreashornai.com. We will stop using the material in new placements and remove it from the channels we control; withdrawal does not affect use that was lawful before you withdrew.

Declining, or withdrawing later, brings you no disadvantage of any kind - same program, same access, same support, same price.

The Agentic AI Cohort - program rules

All program materials are the intellectual property of Andreas Horn (Human in the Loop) - don't reproduce or resell them without permission. Sessions are group settings, so don't share confidential information you wouldn't want others to hear. We may remove anyone engaging in harassment or disruptive behavior.

The Agentic AI Cohort - prices, payment and cancellation

The program comprises 8 live build sessions + 3 tech clinics. Prices are shown at checkout and charged through Stripe. The instalment plan takes three monthly payments and ends automatically after the third.

The prices shown are final and include any VAT that applies; your invoice states the VAT treatment. Businesses in another EU member state that supply a valid VAT identification number are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge procedure (Art. 196 Directive 2006/112/EC). Customers outside the EU are invoiced without EU VAT.

The Agentic AI Cohort - right of withdrawal

Who this applies to. If you are a consumer - a natural person acting outside your trade, business or profession - you have 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from it without giving any reason (arts. 102 ff. TRLGDCU, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU). If you buy in the course of a trade, business or profession, this statutory right does not apply to you.

How to withdraw. Send an unambiguous statement to office@andreashornai.com before the 14 days are up. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to - an email saying you withdraw is enough. We will refund every payment we received within 14 days of being told, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

Why we ask you to start early. The program starts on a fixed date that falls inside those 14 days. At checkout you are asked to expressly request that we begin on that date rather than wait for the period to run out. If you then withdraw, you owe an amount proportionate to the part of the program already delivered when you told us (art. 108.3). Once the program has been fully performed, and it was performed at your express request, the right of withdrawal is extinguished (art. 103.a).

The self-paced Build Sprint. This is digital content supplied without a tangible medium. If you expressly consent to access it as soon as it is released and acknowledge that this ends your withdrawal right, that right is lost once access is granted (art. 103.m).

Our own guarantee sits on top of this. Whatever the statutory position, the week-one guarantee applies: try the first week, and one email gets you a full refund.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract (Annex I(B) Directive 2011/83/EU / Anexo A TRLGDCU).
